About the Project
Forge completed the panel installation at 1000 Spring St. NW In Atlanta for JE Dunn. Forge installed 438 panels over 35,800 sf over 6.5 months after completing the design in just over 3 months. The client and GC wanted a prefabricated solution to help overcome site and logistic issues with a tight urban site in Midtown Atlanta. Forge helped design and execute a Sto Panel solution that exceeded budget and schedule expectations. This project was completed simultaneously with an adjacent site at 1025 Spring St NW with an entirely different team.
