As Vice President at Forge, Keith Stocker brings 25+ years of experience in sales, architecture, development, and construction for both national and international clients.  Keith started his career in Chicago as an architect for tenant improvement and corporate assignments.  Keith then transitioned to acting as an Owner’s Representative for large hospitality developers, focused on high-end hospitality, corporate and multifamily projects.

Keith works with developers, contractors, architects, and engineers to introduce Forge and our capabilities. Keith assists in developing effective budget and schedule solutions to execute complex projects. Keith coordinates the initial education of customers, and development of potential solutions to their challenges, as well as all team members internal and external to foster the success of all partnerships between Forge and their customers.

Keith has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois, a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He is an active member of both Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Multi-Family Housing Council (NMHC.)  Within his new community, he is involved with both the environmental advocacy organization, Greenspaces, as well as the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce.
